I am legit player and have 735 ilvl equipped and a bit above 80 vers. I didnt do any m+ till ilvl 720. If I did i would have got to 740 sooner. I think 740 ilvl is pretty reasonable now. If you havent reached it yet it is because you havent played enough and not because the loot table oversight.

Instead (or in addition) of nerfing those ppl you could have just buffed the fist lvl 80 lemix char everybody makes and that hasn’t already earned that much IP with a nice 10mil IP boost for reaching max lvl, so the ppl who don’t have time to farm all day because they have real-life obligations are also allowed to actually have fun in the fun game mode!

I don’t mind if someone uses those mechanics to get op early on. I do mind that blizz decides to punish them for a handful of players whining because they are envious about that.

If I could also just go grind elites like they did, I wouldnt care. And I still get decent power grinding elites, but nowhere near what those guys did. A few people even hit 999, which I can understand them nerfing.
I’ve also played legit (whatever that means, farming Elites is legit in my opinion) an hit 721 today. Also, can’t confirm that anything is gatekeeping by anyone. I Have no problems getting any group, not with my main, nor any of my alts.
I think most people complaining take a quick look at what groups available, and start immoderately whining without taking a closer look at the listings.

Yeah, they nerfed it because people are complaining about a thing they couldn’t have. This post even states that farming mobs is legit.
An exploit is something entirely else. Exploits, by definition, are using game mechanics in a way they were not meant to. I don’t see how killing Mobs falls in that category.
Called it. Much better, but still a little too lenient. Even the greaselords who’ve been playing the game properly are only around 7-8mill atm. It’s a win regardless though.
Were you even playing the game how the hell you just only have 122k I mean each momento gives around 50k+ with no knowledge and you get 200 mementos by simply doing raid content only.
Nerfing herbs and ores is absolutely absurd. I don’t think any of these people who were targeted with the IP reduction spent their whole time flying around farming nodes, and now basically noone will pick them up unless for infinite research quest. They were just a nice bonus when you were doing other stuff and actually felt somewhat rewarding. I shouldn’t be surprised really, next they’ll announce a nerf to how much IP rares drop then empowered mobs then regular until it’s basically just only worth logging in, doing your daily raids and research quests then if you want to farm any more it’s off to mythic+ for the rest of the day!
Heroic world tier atm feels ok-ish despite the elite nerf, you can still regularly get 2k+ ip from a small pack of mobs, I do wish the blue boxes from WQs were actually noticeably better than the green ones though and also that the paragon boxes weren’t a waste of time. I also wish the WB quests would actually complete when you do them as flying away and then back downgrades the purple reward box to blue.
Honestly this mode is a lot of fun in a lot of ways but this ongoing campaign to make everything besides instanced content a waste of time needs to stop.

NOT ENOUGH people are still walking around with 210% + vers, nerf their vers too, these exploiters should be punished.
It’s very likely the Suramar lags come from all those groups farming IP in… you guessed it, Suramar!
atleast the grind is separate from the bronze now, lemix’s one strong point.
I’m gaining power as I collect the bronze but once I’ve got the rewards I’m out as well.
Starting to understand why blizzard phased it, cause otherwise a large portion of people for who lemix isn’t enough would’ve probably dipped like 3 weeks in once they’ve gotten all the bronze
Froggers 2.0 has taken a lot of tediousness away from all the raids atleast, my 620 7 versa arms warrior is very happy to be let into heroic raids at ilvl 580 and to see bosses melt in single digit amounts of seconds.
