Seems instant summon does not spend soul gem or whatever.
Dogs shouldn’t be infinite. It’s gamebreaking.

they can insta summon with soulburn. unless they snipe some pets with drain soul or sneak in a soul harvest channel(dropping combat) they cant get more than 3 shards
however, they can specc into a demonology talent “Demonic Rebirth” which allows them every 2 minute to instantly resummon a summon demon spell after their own pet die.
