Whenever i try to use the ingame shop and press purchase the blue confirmation page starts to open but then closes down before fully loading. I have an active subscription, you charged me the latest monthly payment 3 days ago. I have tried disabling all addons, shutting down my firewall and malwarebytes, switched between VPN and my standard connection to no avail. At my wits end here, please advise.

Also have you actually tried Resetting the WoW User Interface? If you have corrupted addons simply disabling them won’t help.
Just tried it, made no difference sadly. The screen outside the shop window goes blue and starts to open but then just closes again. I can’t open a ticket ingame, contacting support online just sends me in an endless loop where my issue isn’t among the examples shown and i’m asked to contact Blizzard wich just sends me back to square one.

UPDATE for anyone having similar issues:
Managed to solve it with assistance from support, was apparently the Razer synapse overlay that was causing it. Closed and removed it from autostart without losing any Naga functionality, all good now. Thanks for the help
