Ingenuity percentages doesnt show correct numbers

I am maxxing my Ingenuity in Enchanting since TWW release, I am now 37.4% and I very rarely see Ingenious Breakthrough when Im crafting.

I always do crafts when Im full on concetration and my crafts consumes around 180 concetration per craft, so I make five crafts. I usually get 0-1 Ingenious Breakthrough in FIVE crafts, thats only around 5%.
Only once I had 2, which should be standart.

I made some calculations, and I would more likely win a lottery than be this unlucky with those numbers.

Are you getting correct numbers of Ingenious Breakthrough?

Ingenuity and concentration are buggy as hell. Multicraft seems to consume concentration (which I can’t find being a thing) and ingenuity crafts don’t seem to refund sometimes, but that’s just from my testing.

Apparently samething happened. I had more Ingenious Breakthrough today than for whole season together.
