Took quests from Ingot located at 39.45, 48.33. Completed them, completed the whole questline and now instead of dragons inside the cave being friendly and me being able to buy Flameslinger Rum from one of them they are still hostile and now I have 2 Ingots (Small dragon) existing at the same time at the same place… Please fix it. There are way too much bugged quests for even your standards Blizzard.
