I don’t see any dmg in details from this talent , is this bugged ? or just details doesn’t register it ?
I checked of 54 mins of activity like 16mil dmg and this talent wasn’t even in details dmg list .

I don’t know but it definately needs a damage buff, otherwise it’s just cosmetic fluff and a wasted talent.
The hilarious thing is that it already has been buffed.
It also is not affected by Demo or Destro mastery
Here’s a crazy idea, remove Inquisitors Gaze in the tree and put in Decimating Bolt.

What is the purpose of this thing? Is this supposed to be pvp utility that keeps Rogues from restealthing and mages from drinking or something?

No idea what the point is with that talent. It barely does anything, and it doesn’t even look cool.

Indeed, unless they have further plans for it, it’s a wasted talent that could have been used for something that actually improved damage output.
