Hey Jenei, Currently you need Exalted on at least one character of your account for your reputations to keep on counting towards 100 Exalted Reputations. You can however work towards Insane in the Membrane on your Death Knight and reach Exalted with the Steamwheedle Cartel on a different character of your account.
