Insane in the membrane

Okay so I have desided i want to make the “Insane in the Membrane” Achievement, So i searched around the internet to how people will do it. I want to make it so I have Exsaulted ranks with them all so not just the Achievement but also a heavy rep grind by saying I also want the Bloodsails to be exaulted.

So I had found som information people says “Hey go kill Booty Bay Bruiser for the bloodsail rep” my question is then why is it ticking up I tested it my selv now when I am writing this I have 29455 -rep so the bloodsail really hate me. But when I then kill a goblin in booty bay its highers the -rep to 29480. can anyone tell me what I do wrong?

The Goblin factions are getting more mad at me so that part is true to the information I found but bloodsails getting to hate me more too.

highers the -rep to 29480

There is no such thing as -rep. Your +rep is just going higher. Just continue to kill goblins in booty bay until exalted. Then you can kill pirates in tanaris to restore the goblin reps back to exalted.
