Please nerf into dust this trinket (Inscrutable Quantum Device)
It’s nuts that everyone need it(check wow logs), smells like poor balance or just general laziness from Blizzard.

Balance druids pull 99% without the trinket so I wouldn’t say they are mandatory.

Warcraft logs don’t agree with you.
30-38% Owls uses it.
I play feral 
And looking where it goes it could be Instagram 
It doesn’t matter how many people uses it. If people without can output as much damage without it than the rest, it isn’t overpowered.
So whats next nerfing the next BiS ?

It matters by me, try getting into top DPS, and say how you can do that without using OP items.
There is not much chance of doing that playing feral.

but checking wow logs you can see that it’s also not true, you can find some good examples there.
He can’t get it, so everyone who got it should be punished for it and farm another trinket.
id rather they nerfed instructors devine bell into the ground. the fact its owl’s best in slot and its from callings, WQ and mission table RNG absolutely infuriates me. frustrating as hell not being able to target it…
the interesting thing is that this trinket isnt even that good, specially in raids, most of the time it ends up giving a healer mana other than on pull, so it works out not being that much of a dps increase, i have gone started swapping it out with a unbound changeling myself at the same item level

Everyone wants it because on sims it gives you the best stats. In reality it is healing someone on lower health, or gives mana, or gives treat to the tank, or gives the worst stat you wanted 
And that on a 3 minute cooldown.

It doesn’t give a “bad” stat, it picks a random stat between 2 of your best. If you are using it when your healer is low on mana or someone is low on health, then it’s your own fault.

I dont know. I get all 4 stats.
Its awful in raids were in long fights the “use” is not helpful at al to your own dps . It is great in m+ though but it does not need a nerf .

It’s not even the bis trinket for a lot of people and it’s even incredibly unreliable.
You want to talk about unbalanced trinkets then the Intructors Divine Bell is the biggest outlier. It’s crazy that Balance druids with top logs are using an 171 ilvl trinket or sometimes even at 158 because it’s just that good.
