I really have no idea why you even come here and say you played season 3 given how you have a total amount of +15 dungeons that was just one more than just capping the vault once.
Aah so my opinion is invalid because this character doesn’t meet an arbitrary standard of yours…got it. 
Becouse there is no reason to do mythic+ after u get the mount, maybe do all 20s once for portals but that’s it.

No, it’s invalid because you didn’t actually play season 3.
I did…I just don’t meet your standards for it because I play a variety of content and met the requirements (and gear) I wanted.
Should have specified you only wanted people who have done hundreds of +20s in your initial post (although, that would limit you too).

Playing just 1 dungeon in Season 3 would qualify for: participated or played in an M+ season.
And his arguments or opinion isnt something you can deny or take away from someone based on experience.
But you feel the need the combine experience with a arbitrary amount of runs or x number of high runs.
To make an opinion count.

No, you were basically just jumping in and looking around and then didn’t bother to do anything for months.
Like, by the time you actually got KSM, the catalyst had a lot more charges than you could even make use of.
When I got KSM, the catalyst wasn’t even unlocked and it was still 5 weeks to go at that point. I played more keys at +15 or above in the first 3 weeks than you did during the whole the season. You’re obviously not going to run into problems caused by the catalyst taking too long to activate given this.
Neither did you, since you didnt need tier from the catalyst to gain KSM or push higher than KSM.
Nor was the catalyst active so you couldnt even make use of it.
And if you ran into issues before catalyst was active concerning higher keys, that was a you issue because way higher keys were pushed without tier before the catalyst was active.
So your point?

People started getting gated out of m+ because people wanted you to have tier set bonuses.
I didn’t need to though because I supplemented it with raiding…which comes back to cherry-picking content and trying to combine that with the immediate release of a catch-up system. 
And even doing keys before the catalyst was released, yes there were issues with PUG selectivity but nothing that majorly impacted on me…so this is a subjective opinion which we all differ on.

Yeah i did, on multiple characters and never got excluded over tier set bonuses, and if group had that as their main criterium i wouldnt even apply to them in group finder.
Yes your opinion is indeed invalid. If you dont have at least 30+ dungeons done on first month you have no right to speak about things you have no clue about
Only if Mythic raiding. Other levels are more forgiving with numbers involved and there’s groups going all the time (depending how patient you are with PUG raids).
There’s really not much point to do anything else.

Just dropping in one thing: keep that unnecessary discussion about “the amount of runs played in a season to have the right to say something” up and you’ll get this thread closed instead of reaching ppl with the actual problem you’re complaining about…
And to lead this back to topic: Yes, 6 weeks delay sucks, but maybe, maybe there is still some announcement to come that T-set will “naturally” drop in M+… or that we at least get unlimited charges to craft as soon as the catalyst is there.

It’s not unnecessary. People that aren’t playing enough to actually encounter problems are obviously not going to encounter the problems people have with the system.
