Instance portals added to the map, but some are missing

Blizzard has now added instance portals to the world map for all expansions. But where are the portals for the Caverns of Time instances?

Some instances with entrances indoors that have a separate map for the subzone don’t usually show on the zone map.

I guess it’s mainly true for hubs that are packed with instances like Blackrock Mountain or Caverns of Time.

Well, they do show the Black Wing Decent entrance portal on the world map, so I dont know about that.

Blackwing Descent entrance is on a ledge outside the mountain (the uninstanced equivalent to where you fight Nefarian in Blackwing Lair).

When I fly over Caverns of Time, the instance portals for End Time, Dragon Soul and Hour of Twilight show up on the minimap, but not the rest of the instance portals, so could it be an oversight, that not all instance portals have been added to the map?
