Same! How can i contact a GM? Already followed all the steps from support and still doesn’t let me talk to a GM or submit a ticket concerning this subject.

Same problem in Bastion on my main. Can´t contact an actual human to resolve the problem. Auto unstuck not working and tried everything suggested in support page.

Same issue here just dc`d in bastion after doing a wq please help logging in my maincharacter instantly dcs back out, what my alt its all fine.
i finally managed to move my character using the self-service option - i logged on a diffrent charatcer in game and tried it from there. that worked.
