Its very wierd that resto druids cant keep up a 3v3 team with just insta hots ,when its supposed go be the hot-(god)
But resto shamans and paladin can keep up with instants… they are supposed to be hard casters! but do the instant healing way better. And not OOMing of it.
Oh yeah. The only way I can keep someone up with instant in pvp is when I use my cooldowns. AW + HA = 70k holy shock but out of that nah. Learn your mastery. The more HoTS you have on your team = the more they gonna heal.
But the thing with resto shamans is true. Their mastery is op. The less health your target has the more healing you will do to him.
As holy pala I need to be in melee range to my people if I want to do deceny heals. But you kniw ,when you go near your people you become open to the enemys and they have better time in training you and/or chain cc you

i play resto druid at around 2800 mmr and i play nourish every single game and my playstyle is likely a tbc resto shaman, cast spam, almost never instants xd so the only way i have to climb is if i play with mage in my team

gameplay of healers is just busted.
Either heal to much or nothing. go oom instant or never
no idea why the can’t get anything right.
I also think they gave up on fixing anything since over 1 month without happening any fix.

they only way to not oom…but not ofc like shammies or any other healer…is to play nourish.BUT still…rdruid is worst healer by far…its better to play 3 dps than rdruid!!!

It’s not a panacea.
MW dies horrible deaths to many comps and situations.
Healing is absolute king in numbers, but he is the easiest healer to kill, you can even do it in a stun.

on my mw main i pretty much die in a kidney +dr cheap shot on the second/third go in 2’s. often die in the opener in 3s vs fire assa priest if the priest has 2 battlefield focus its guarantee all my cds in the opener, or at least trinket+cocoon and both healing elixirs.
my build works well, pick redoubt over holyshield when you get mad at it breaking CC
mainstat is versa, first trait doesnt matter much as long as you have 1 inspiring vanguard then focus on healing traits on the other rings
