In PvE happends, than Lava Burst can be instant cast, if proc on my ele shaman. But in pvp (it procs, I see fire line on side(s)) but It is not instant, I must cast it anyway.
Where is the problem? Is it about talents or something? Bug? Or why It can be instant just in pve?
You must’ve taken the Control of Lava PvP talent.
It replaces Lava Surge and gives a stacking 25% damage buff to your Lava Bursts when it procs, instead of making them instant cast.
