Instant queue vs long queue

So I kind of have a strange phenomenon:

I queue solo and got around 8-35min queue time
I joined a group of 2 people and I get instant invites.
Both times I queued as a healer and both were on same faction (alliance) and same battlegroup

Does anyone else have this strange phenomenon?

No all my alli ques at max lvl is always 1-5 mins if im solo qued or playing with someone
