Still no world quests with Instructor’s Divine Bell reward…
Blizz when will EU get trinket?

Try to progress with the adventures at the mission table. I see that trinket there a lot.

Yup been smashing mission table too, yet to see trinket.
Also, still no WQ for it.

8 pieces of gear up on WQ today. No bell.
Im pretty sure at this point there is bug or something like.
