Insurance! Where is it? When does it apply? After how many casts?

Feels very underwhelming and despite flashing a million times I am yet to see just 1 Proc of Insurance!

Is it just called Insurance! because it’s one of those things that’s nice to have but is only ever any good if you actually need it? Like, maybe it kicks in on 1% health?

I don’t know but it sure is underwhelming.

I’m sure it will be better on the 4 set…

Much like with IRL insurance, never there when you actually need it.

You need to be in combat for it to proc.

These new tiers are so lazy.
All classes have same insurance, jackpot and whatever the third was for tank.
Lazy design on tier bonus
