Another PvP campaign?

Aye lad

What makes this one different than the recent ones?

It would be a completely unrestricted campaign in a single zone in Outland

Are there rules?

The faction camps cannot be attacked IC, do not corpse camp

Why an interest check?

Because I do not know if the Alliance player base wants to take part in something like this

When?

I aim for the 3rd next month, most likely for 5 days, open end if people enjoy it loads

Sign ups?

Since it would be a purely unrestricted campaign, I cannot do anything about uninvited people turning up, sign ups will only be needed here in this thread to see if people want it to happen

Edit I: Please let me know if this conflicts with any other big server wide happenings re. the date, I will push it back in this case thank you :O)

Edit II: Individuals can attend + if one faction gets easily crushed by the other faction, then that is the way she goes for this campaign

Edit III: Found out there is an Alliance event possibly conflicting with this one, pushed it back one week

I’m interested as an individual if they’re cool (gonna need to get more gear but npnpnp)

Think my biggest question would be what happens if it’s a complete massacre one side or the other and horde/alliance gets squashed throughout the duration of it all?

I am utterly useless at real PvP BUT I think an unrestricted would be of real interest to some of my more PvP-minded guildies. I would just need use them as bodyguards…

There is no way to prevent someone effectively from attending an unrestricted campaign, individuals can show up to this one / everyone can come and those of good spirit are invited to

Same here, also stupid question but just want to check as I’m completely new to RP PVP but is it permadeath? Even if it is I’m still interested.

What happens to your character after you die by game mechanics is up to you, almost no one, however, role plays dying because of it

Some role play it out as injury, some ignore it

Would be sick if it drops in a few weeks after 8.2 so the ilvl brackets get condensed between the release of welfare catchup gear and the raid not being out so people have closely matching ilvls :open_mouth:

Damn, we are truly fortunate to get another campaign to soon after the BANGER known as the ghostlands campaign.

Unrestricted, too? Very interesting. It will provide clear, balanced outcomes for the combat. Let the victors reign, and those who suffer defeat act out their humiliating defeat. RP, PvP and then more RP. Very strong format.
