Hey y’all, I’ve come with an idea that needs a bit of feedback.
Given the rise (and occasional fall) of specific class/RP communities, and the recent trend in WoW’s storyline swaying heavily towards the Void, I thought making a discord for those RPing the voidier folk would come in handy.
Off the bat, this excludes cultists, necromancers and such. I have personally made the decision to focus on particularly Shadow Priests, shadowier Warlocks, researchers and Void Elves with this.
Now, this discord would have its own set of rules, and would crack down on things like people wanting to abuse mind-control for questionable RP scenes (I don’t think I need to or want to give examples- you can figure this out on your own).
It would include useful things such as the usual helpful things, such as lore discussions, sharing open events or RP locations and connecting with people RPing like-minded characters. All in all, the concept is quite simple.
So, let me know if people would be interested in this, and if so then I shall see to setting up the discord and getting a link sorted.

I like the idea of Void community since it can involve both Void Elves but also any race that goes into Shadow ‘‘spec’’ of priest class so it isn’t limited to one class or race per say.
The interest certainly is there but to get it going require good and dedicated leadership.
And I agree that the focus should be on the ‘‘goodier’’ type of Shadow users within the Alliance, which excludes cultists, necromancers and so on.
I like the idea of Alleria being dedicated to use Shadow magic as a tool against evil, just as Illidan figured out 10.000+ years ago with Fel magic.

My impression is that Void Elves are but one demographic intended for the group - so practitioners of all backgrounds seem welcome, if they’re not cackling evildoers.
As Lóras says, anyone who’s into Shadowy stuff majorly is welcome. This includes Warlocks and Shadow Priests, or people who just study the Void a whole ton!
I’ve been itching to start a void elf character and would love to jump into this.

There needs to be more lore about VOIDWINE and why the WINE is so damn good.
Also, what’s it made of and why doesn’t it turn drinkers into afflicted tentacle monsters?? 
I’m inclined to think it’s simply a recognizable brand. Not an actual ingredient… right?

Sweats in worgen, except dogs can’t sweat and I feel like saying ‘pants in worgen’ would give the wrong impression.
