This is just ridiculous. Once again my UI has reset itself. I log in to find every one of my settings reset to default, all of my addons completely wiped. This hasn’t happened in a few months (used to occur with every weekly maintenance). Hours and hours of fine tuning weakauras, completely lost. It’s honestly pathetic that you can’t even make the UI settings glitch free when I’m paying you over £100 a year.
Please help me with stopping this reset. Last time I made a post about this you (blizzard) didn’t reply.
Heya, I am not a blizz represenatative by any means, but I have had the same problem on occasion. You need to back up the WTF (wow text files) folder and pop the backup in there when your UI gets reset. Just remember to update the backup when you make changes to your UI.
Thanks, yeah I did that a while ago, but I adjust my settings so frequently that I don’t think to backup every time 
I also recall reading that there was some way to have windows back it up for you automatically, but I could not be bothered to set it up so I just do it manually every once in a while. Might be useful for you though, a bit of googling will probably do the trick.
