HI there. I get a internal error when I try to use my char boost. can someone please help me?
Which level boost are you trying to use, the L110 BfA one or the L120 Shadowlands one ?
And against what character are you trying to use it ? (Class and current level)
Its 110 BFA. Warrior human. made a new then he got locked
There is a 24 hour cooldown upon buying anything that comes with a boost, before you can use the boost.
Or used to be. Trying to use the boost before the cooldown had expired, always resulted in “Internal Error”.
Hmm ok, yea that should normally work. Using a 110-boost against a level 1 Warrior.
Did you perhaps buy the boost (or expansion) in the last 24 hours ? I believe it can take 24 hours or so, before such services are properly available sometimes.
I did buy expantion to bfa.
If you bought the expansion in the last 24 hours then i recommend waiting a day, and most likely you’ll find it works then.
But how long does it normally take?
It’s a fixed cooldown. 24 hours from the time of purchase. You’ve been told this twice already, in this thread.
Think yourself lucky, it used to be 72 hours.
