Internal Mail Database Error

I’m having issues with sending mail, but only to one other players account.

I opened some lock boxes for a couple of guildies and am able to send them back to all but one player. I’ve tried sending them to his other characters and it doesn’t work, and I’ve tried sending them to him from my other characters and it doesn’t work. I only get the Internal Mail Database Error popping up, it’s the same when the mail is empty too.

I’ve reset my UI with /console reloadui and have used the “Resetting the WoW User Interface” guide linked by a blue in a similar post but neither have worked

If I could get some advice here that would be great, but for now I’m going to report it as a bug.

This is still an ongoing issue after a few days now. A reply indicating an acknowledgement of the issue would be appreciated.

We’re not actually seeing any wide-spread issues with this - this may be something specifically related to the character in question. A report via ticket in the game would be highly appreciated here!
