I’m having issue with picking up stuff from mail, i had some stuff in there like materials for recraft and weapon, I was able to pick up materials, but when i try to pick up weapon, it spams me with Internal Mail Database Error… I was trying to contact support via ticket, they told me to reset interface. I did it many times, but the problem is still there… any idea, how to fix it ?

You can find more information about this issue in this guide below. This is usually just a display issue, and nothing is ever lost (a ticket shouldn’t be needed, unless there is an item stuck in the mailbox?).
Wow, it’s third time that someone sent me this sh#t… I SAID I TRIED IT MANY TIMES AND IT DIDN’T WORK, so why are you sending it again, huh ? The item is stucked in mail for two weeks and resetting interface doesn’t HELP ME… That’s why I’m asking here for help…
It would probably help if you specified which item is stuck in your mailbox, Zelenokopyto. 
That would also be a different issue from the one where you receive an internal error when opening all mails in your mailbox (unless you also get an internal error if you click on the weapon, but usually if an item is stuck for whatever reason, you should have a different and more specific error).
It was mail with materials and weapon from non-completed recrafting order, i pick up materials, but the Error message shows only when i try to pick up weapon, other stuff was okay, just the weapon is somehow still stucked in there… The Item is Obsidian Seared Slicer q2 with embellished on it, if it can help you even a little bit … And i don’t use any interface addon or stuff like that for mass open mail etc. So it’s not problem on my side i dare say …
