It would probably help if you specified which item is stuck in your mailbox, Zelenokopyto. 
That would also be a different issue from the one where you receive an internal error when opening all mails in your mailbox (unless you also get an internal error if you click on the weapon, but usually if an item is stuck for whatever reason, you should have a different and more specific error).
