Internal server error when trying to access account.blizzard.com

Also getting the ‘you’ve been disconnected’ error when trying to enter the game.

Yep same here. Also the main content on the Bnet app fails to load.

Same here, Bnet wow content cannot load(“Something went wrong”), also the game instant disconnects after login.
Server status is up. Account not expired.
Region server correctly selected (EU).

Dito - logged out out of bnet , reset everything and same issue. Now I can’t even get back into BNET on the PC.

Tried via mobile on 4g to see if it was isp / device related and same issue.
People having problems are you UK based ?

I ran out of a supscription earlier today and the shop was fine then but i had other things to do and now the shop doesnt work not even the tech support page from their own website works. It seems like its a server issue or something along the likes of it from what i could understand from the error messages on the website/bnet launcher.

I do beleive that it might have some relation to the New Patch release that is coming in a couple days.

The issue is with the authentication server and caused by the patch going on in the US.

Looks like all Bnet app authentication goes via US servers and not to EU servers

For god’s sake, can’t you even make the game playable?

Just found this. Who does something like that at the time most EU players log in???

I really like that team, that planned those changes to EU prime time, reasonably good decision…
At least some compensation should be added to the subsciption times…

Well, that team is placed in US and it’s in the morning hours for them.

My bet is that they are upgrading security backend, which is why this is on a global level and why it has to be done in work hours.

yup same issue and yeah i am EU just subbed for 6 months and now cant play lol does blizzard need to get better more reliable servers ? this is beyond a joke …should i start looking for a new game to play were at least i can log in to play …least make sure we can log in before we have thoughts that blizzard is truly dying.

Would’ve been good to have the warning also for EU players.
I have both US and EU profiles in my account, could that have been the issue?
