sp was my main in legion and bfa . i know its very bad especially in worlpvp against melees . even being goblin doesnt help you. . but i told you blizz never adjust classes for 1vs1 its 3vs3
Actually, Blizz only adjusts pvp to benefit Rogue/Mage in every possible way. It’s not even about 3s in general
I would like to see casters try playing a ret pala into mage/lock a bit. Would end up in asylum pretty fast.
The only melee SP doesn’t beat in world pvp is UH DK btw and the only caster it shouldn’t beat is Demo lock.
Im pretty sure it cant beat a fury warrior or enh shaman either
Don’t most melees deal a lot of their damage as spell schools anyways? Like the DH chaos stuff, dks dealing frost/shadow damage, rogue stuff being shadow/nature.

this only works until the enemy team glances over at their gladius, notices the trinket and decides to abuse it and put you in 10 second fear/poly/hex/trap timeout all game or kill you in a 8 second kidney
not defending the trinket though, it should be removed just like the bomb trinket
Sure, you’re right. But it only works for teams that have spam controls. Most melees can’t do anything with this trinket. For example: i have only 1 kick (15 sec) and 1 stun(30 sec), and i have to waste one of them every time to remove immune… That just breaks the whole PvP concept which worked for years.
yes, i agree. it feels very dirty playing the trinket into melee cleaves, which were already a easy matchup for me playing frost/destro. i predict a lot of crying about mage/lock specifically as soon as people figure out how good the trinket really is in some matchups

lock is pretty stupid with this weird immunity trinket right now. That being destro, affliction damage and “selfheal” is something else. U got ur place in the meta this season, dw.
Warrior has a Stormbolt
Ret has a HoJ
DK has 2 ranged grips, ranged silence, ranged stun and a ranged interrupt
DH has ranged Imprison, ranged stun and a ranged interrupt
Rogue has Blind
Enh has a ranged interrupt
Feral has an interrupt that charges
Survival has Hi-Explosive Trap / Freezing Trap
WW has Paralysis

And once again, my point is that some casters are vulnerable to interrupts and could use some tools to deal with them. Not Fire Mages ofc, but Arcane Mages for example could.

Well hunters are allowed to cast aimed shot without being interrupted - i don’t see why not!
many classes have plenty of root removals not to mention melees having ranged attacks that hit hard.
and meny casters have more then 1 school of magic they use and tools that prevent them from beeing interupt or reduce interrupt duration
you can alsow fake cast you can’t fake disarm
yuo cant dodge/pary spells in same way as anty-magic cds protect you from non phisical melee atacks
At least they still have to cast them, unlike BMs and Surv who don’t cast anything and can literally spend the whole arena running without any drawback to their damage
