I am looking in a chance to maybe come back to the game.
I quit during Legion Night Hold and came back for Cata classic. But retail has slightly started to grow on me again.
However a big hurdle to clear for me is, that I feel, assume, that the community will ask if you have “the achievement” before you can raid with them or a list of demands like: achieve, blood of a virgin, be 180cm or taller, be able to recite the alphabet backwards and so on.
I am used to this from back in Legion, when the idea was that you needed to link ahead of the curve. That’s why I don’t know if I should come back in the new patch that will roll out on the 5th OR wait until midnight drops, so we are all on a “fresh” content without prejudice.
I’ll welcome anyone’s feedback on this and personal experiences.
I always enjoyed PvE and raiding specifically, so that will be my main focus. I haven’t done PvP since OG WotLK times.
