Is this bugged or what. I cannot trigger it and Pain mistress Salora is supposed to spawn after a time. Trying to complete achievements.
A quick look through this thread seems to indicate there have been various problems with her bugging over the years.
Sounds like you might have to submit a bug report.

Sent in 4 but nothing is ever done.
Bug reporting feels very disconnected as they just seem to collate the data sent in. There is no feedback or confirmation or even acknowledgement.
Annoying thing is yesterday I did see it at work, Just completed by a Horde player. I an alliance and its not triggering for me at all.
