I wanted to make a small complain, made a ticket about it but no response for 2 days (shock) however, the issue is that my inventory has dissapppeared (all four 32 bags + reagent) and it is the second time it has happened to me, last night oddly enough 2 bags re-appeared but then this morning they are gone again.
I’ve tried resetting the cache/wtf folder but no luck… any idea what this could be?

Nope, nothing, I even resetted cache and wtf folders, nothing, and no response from a game master sadly.
You should get a reply eventually. But cache and wtf aren’t interface and, as Dottie said, it’s likely to be something in the interface folder causing it. I suggest you do a complete UI reset:
If that doesn’t work, edit your ticket to say you’ve tried that otherwise it’ll be the first thing they suggest.

I did exactly what you said, the wtf / cache I attempted it yesterday.
You didn’t mention the Interface folder which is why I did.
I see, I am a bit noob and I’ve tried so many options, I have replaced my inventory with cheaper bags but still awaiting response from Game Master since the items I had within the 34 slot bags disappeared with them, time will tell I guess 
They will not disappear, if your bags were full they won’t allow you to change a bag for a smaller one, did you by any chance swap them with bank bags?
No, the ones in the bank I only got 3 of the 34 slots. I did not swap from the bank’s deposit into my inventory pack
Did you swap the bank bags for your inventory bags? Not a bag stored in the bank but the actual bank bags.
No, I didn’t, basically, I logged in and suddenly my inventory is gone (all the 4 bags and the reagent) yesterday I bought some replacement bags and reagent, had no problem with it.
Interestingly enough, I logged in just now, all 4 bags + reagents are once again gone, so now I just bought another batch of replacement bags (the guy making bags is gonna become rich if the game master’s won’t reply me 
)
I think you should change your password and not give it to anyone.
I didn’t give anybody my password, also, my bank is full of items, my gear is intact, got all the gold, the only affected stuff is bags and profession items (just realized it now)
But I don’t share this account above all, I recently change my password, got all the security up to date as well.
One last thing, have you tried on another computer? It doesn’t have to be a good one.
