Hey. I have completed the “Investigating the Highlands” chain-quest, got the reward (Tempered Scale of the Scarlet Broodmother), right-clicked on it, but didn’t receive the 3rd rank of CoF. Now all I have in bags is a nice Cracked Dragonscale that worth 100g to the vendor. Any clues?
