“Ale Intent” is one of the quests for the invasion in Stormsong Valley. That quest was bugged for me. After I returned to the mole machine, my character turned invisible.
I joined a random heroic to try to fix the issue. First I thought it was a visual bug from my client but someone in that heroic asked why I was invisible. This is when I realized it is not a client side bug but a World of Warcraft bug.
I’ve relogged, restarted, cleared the cache and disabled all add ons, but I’m still invisible. I’ve traveled to different places, including Outlands and Draenor. I’ve turned off and on Warmode and it seems Horde players can’t see me either.
I do still aggro NPC’s, so I’m only invisible to real players. I’ve done a few mythics as well and although the people didn’t see me, I could still use all my abilities and finish the runs without problem.
How can become visible again?
