Invisible frame

On all characters I play, I keep getting an invisible frame in the middle of the screen… when mousing over it, I cant click and therefor can’t turn screen, move, target, etc. The frame is gone when reloading UI but comes back very fast.
Tried disabling all addons, doesn’t fix. Tried deleting cache folder, doesn’t fix. Anybody any clues?

Have you tried running a repair from the blizzard launcher? in the little option menu there’s a “Scan and repair” see if that does anything.

I had the same issue, you can type /fstack to see what frame is causing the issue.

It’s here since wod. Didn’t notice when this start exactly, since I do not play this game in start of xpac.

It’s grouplootcontainer (or bonus roll frame, call however you want).

How to reproduce: go to any dungeon where coin roll gonna pop up, do not cancel it and tp out, profit. AND it also stuck, you can f^ck up like all middle of screen and can’t target damn thing.

How to fix: Blizzard FIX THAT ALREADY, 3rd xpac damn you.

Have you tried deleting the WTF folder or wiping your game cache?

Have you tried unplugging your computer and then plugging it back in?

I didn’t know this /fstack existed and it surely shows the frames, but I’m not sure what to make of it.
I get the following info from the frame thats causing these issues:
Frame Stack
MEDIUM
<1> TimerTracker
–><1> GroupLootContainer
<0> WorldFrame
WORLD
<0>WorldFrame
ANCHORS
<1> BOTTOM UIParent BOTTOM 0.00 120.00

EDIT: I managed to find the problem, it’s the bonus loot box. Every arena match the box gets higher and higher, and leaves behind an invisible frame. Gotta hope for a fix one day…

That is odd, i would suspect an Addon to be responsible for that, more specifically ElvUI if you happen to be using that.

If you’re using ElvUI, turn off the Loot setting in that Addon.

Otherwise you may wish to play with the following command (type it in chat or place it in a macro)
/script GroupLootContainer:Hide()

That should get rid of the frame, but of course it won’t prevent whatever is causing the problem from being able to recreate it at a later time.

The counterpart to undo the change is the following command, but a /reload or relog would do the trick aswell.
/script GroupLootContainer:Show()
