Invisible mails and missing auction house mails

  1. Mailbox is empty.
  2. AH is empty.
  3. Where are my items (not sold or canceled auction)?
  4. To BLIZZ - When will this be fixed?

Few min ago i log on and i check mailbox and few items are back (prop. i posted this after patch and they are back, but before patch i posted more then hundred auctions, in one auction was from 1 to 50 stacks), and im using postal addon and you have unreades messages wait 10…8…1 after 0 just shows me only you have unread messages without timer so i decide turn off postal and relog and looking in my mailbox and i see red “Your inbox is full.” (it is ok! cause i posted 100+ auction But NO items in mailox - just empty :slight_smile: and they are not in my bag. Items just are hiding like UFO.
Just let blizz fix it and give him some time! and blizz please next time if you are serious give players some compensation like 1 month time play for each day where they cannot play or just better test patch before implemented. It is not free game, so that many mistakes are unacceptable. TY

Items are back! Im not shure that is 100% back cause i have too many items and hard to count, but most for shure :slight_smile:

Yes i have the same problem, stackable items posted before the patch not coming in mail after auction cancel or if the time expired

Yup, same issue here. I got the icon saying I have unread mail, but mailbox is empty. Been like that since I logged on earlier today. Hope they fix it soon.

I too lost about 150K worth of items.
Kinda lucky those were just consumables (flasks and pots) I guess.

I saw a similar problem on the US forum, but couldn’t find it here. After the Undermine update, I noticed I am missing a few items from AH, mostly crafts. For sure I can identify that I am missing a significant amount of handulf bismuth bolts. I see a notification about unread mail all the time, but the mailbox looks empty. Is anyone else facing a similar problem?

I have a mail icon showing I have outstanding mail which is stopping me from doing my faction change (which is already paid for btw). When I open the mailbox there’s nothing there. Is this a known bug? Fix it please, very annoying.

Hey all,

Our developers are aware of an issue where mail from cancelled or expired auctions (created before patch 11.1) are currently invisible, and cannot be retrieved from the mailbox.

While we don’t have any workaround for this issue at the moment, a solution is currently being worked on.

I hope this actually gets solved, unlike the missing gold and badges that has happened.
(Guild gold vanishing, Timewarped Badges vanishing).
I don’t want another sweep-under-the-rug treatment of it… :confused:

It would be great if this could be sorted out promptly, as the faction swap is affected by this. The unresolved letterbox prevents the faction swap.

The same problem was on the US servers, but this night it was fixed on the US. It’s strange to hear that “we don’t have any workaround for this issue at the moment” How can this be? That the American region fixed it, and the EU does not know what to do?

I received a bunch of mail that was “stuck” on an alt - so hopefully it’s been resolved in the EU too!
