So i wanted to go farm Ionized Minnows to make F.E.A.S.T.S, i have completed that Minnow Vac quest and when i talk to the npc i also give me the option to borrow the Minnow Vac, which, as i read from several other sources, is also possible when the quest is not up.
However when i click that option nothing happens and the conversation with the NPC just ends.
Was this fixed because it wasnt meant to work that way or is it just bugged now?
looks like a bug; I honestly haven’t read about changes, but I’ve never tried these days
