Is a shared Warband bank vault necessary?

It offers a lot more then just a bank vault though

  • A bank where players can add or remove items that can be shared among alts.
  • Renown, so you won’t have to do the tedious renown grind again.
  • Achievements
  • Warbound items—these items will be labeled as Warbound until they’re equipped, meaning you can transfer them to the bank for an alt. But if you equip the item, it will no longer be Warbound.
  • Flight paths
  • Transmog Collections as they’ll be armor-agnostic.
  • Reputation

Are alt guilds necessary anymore? Just use warband bank.

The Warband itself offers more yes, and I can’t wait for it. I’m just picking on this one tiny thing because I’m a pain in the neck. Uh - I mean OP is.

I mean i get what you are saying just warbands will be x faction and x realm in TWW and inviting alts to guild can be a major pain at times :slight_smile:

Right, right. So the situation is I’ve been left with a chessboard where the only thing I do ends in checkmate. Thanks everyone else from the same guild as me. Thaaaaanks.

Nah warbands will be great, much needed in fact. One step in the right direction of letting us get more out of our alts.

Well yes ofc it’s necessary.

I’m glad you have something that works for you and I’m sure that’s partially the inspiration for having it at an account level so that we aren’t stuck with characters on different realms or in different guilds not able to do the same :).

A shared Resource Bank would be great. Whether that be in a guild bank so alts can be groped that way or simply account wide (through Warbands or whatever).

It needs to be MASSIVE. They’ve been throwing reagents, materials, ingredients and parts at us for a long time but it’s really ramped up since BFA.

Should really do the wait and see approach. It may be that there are possibly a few things that may not suit everybody and they may require that extra alt guild storage.

Interesting question though, does your gold get pooled in the warband bank or is it still per character ? If it is in the warband bank what is the limit ?
