I was playing yesterday and I installed auto looting addon from curse forge and after a while I got perma ban I contacted support and they say it’s hack or cheating software I’m new to the game only 2 weeks I’m playing anyone faced a similar issue ?
Everyone uses speed loot addon. You can’t get banned for addons downloaded from curseforge.

Ban discussions of any kind isn’t allowed.
Using addons isn’t. Using hacks or cheating software is.
