Not for free, they generally use fraudulent methods or chargebacks later which costs the merchant money per charged back transaction. Its a net loss for Blizzard if they don’t timely take action.

I seriously wonder how people do this?
Money was even stolen from me once & my bank was like “contact the company bro.”

But here ppl seem to just be able to do chargebacks like it’s a big red button on your bank page.
