Yes you can solo him, I would say about 235-240+ ilevel is enough depending on class/spec. For Argus just save cooldowns for his Red phase and kill him before the scythe damage becomes too high. If you don’t have the skip and need to do Eonar solo I would suggest watching a guide on how to do that boss as you need to do things in a very specific order.

It’ Argus that I’ve been failing misserably.
I don’t know if it’s the best Mage soloing spec but my Mage was Frost when I was soloing it and I was also Necrolord. That gave me very powerful cooldowns (Long Icy Veins, Skeleton Mage form + Time Warp) to get me through the final phase, I don’t really know how Arcane is for soloing so that might be why.
Maybe tell us what exactly u strugling with? Its pretty much just a dps check nowdays
