I was prompted with boost option but now I’m locked out of the game and support is not helping outside automated reply. Has anyone run in to any similar situation? I’m permanently stuck in character creation window

Is this the Gear Boost?
I think so, not too sure, it was like 10hours ago. But it was not a level boost, there was a tick for cleaning up quest log as well
Gear boost is currently broken, do not use it on any additional toons and wait for developers fixing it.
Well damn, took a day off to trying to comeback to the game with my first day off in a while is off to a great start xD
They’re obviously doing something with these Gear Updates. I used one last week on my goblin warlock that had been sitting idle for a while.
He got item level 135 gear then but now it’s 148. Still sitting idle as I haven’t decided what to do with him yet. I’ll plonk him by some dungeon or raid to farm something or other when I decide what.
Tried it on my hunter. Got perma stuck on the loading screen and Alt-F4’d.
Haven’t tried ever since but he has a mail icon now.
On the other hand, I didn’t get the gear upgrade for my priest, because I logged in for 10 Minutes 
I wish I’d known this before I logged in today. Should have noticed no ticks.
Everyone who was previously stuck should’ve been helped by now, but the Gear Boost is disabled until permanent fix.
I logged in with two of my chars while gear boost was broken, do I now have to leave them for another 60 days?
Well… lucky for me. I managed to get two of my returning chars logged in before the gear boost broke otherwise I’d be looking at possible waste of a subsciption. So much for encouraging returning players.
