I was thinking of starting coaching for classes in RBG, Like sessions of deep diving what you need to do etc.
Is this allowed for gold?
Or is it against any rules etc
why would it be against the rules boosting for gold also is allowed, so why would giving advice be against rules.
The only thing is , the people i saw advertise their coaching so far always have a link to a twitch account and actually want real life payment. I never saw someone who actually advertises their coaching and actually wanted to be paid in gold

coaching is usually just a blanket term for boosting these days anyway, but yes you are allowed to do so, as people sell boosts for raids, dungeons, and pvp all the time for gold.
Donât advertise in the group finder though. That is against the rules.

people coach on overwatch and many competitive games.
You are brave to couch on something like WoW. one person can get the flag, but itâs the others that are messing around somewhere.
though it is rated so maybe there are some people with brains.

Gold can be exchanged for goods and services, and coaching is a service.
You can offer anything for gold, and you shouldnât expect to get into trouble as long as you deliver what you promised.
If it were against any rules, imagine the trouble the erotic role players in Gold Shire would be in.
Donât advertise in the LFG tool, only do it for gold.
Coaching is kind of a grey area since it doesnât necessarily require you getting involved inside of the game at all.
Hence even coaching for real money is often not punished as long as it is done outside of the game (e.g. video reviews).
If your coaching involves playing together ingame (most people would refer to this as âboostingâ) I wouldnât advise you to do it for real money though. Doing it for gold should be fine on the other hand.
As others have mentioned you should pay attention to advertising rules though. Advertising over the group finder will lead to silences or even bans.

Coaching for mailbox dance is also not punishable from my exp.
Itâs legal as long as there is no account shareing. âCoachingâ means that the recipient effectively plays their character by themself, itâs no different than charming their way somehow into playing with better players.
