Is Decahedral Dwarven Dice in the game yet?

Hey all,
While on the PTR, I noticed that there is a Toy tab and spotted " Decahedral Dwarven Dice" but does anyone know if its in the game yet or if its not added until ICC patch lands?

I have tired for a few hours to farm it and nothing, just wondering if I am just unlucky or if I am wasting me time :smiley:

Any help on this would be great.
