If memory serves, we had to wait until Zul’Aman for Design: Chaotic Skyfire Diamond to be lootable on the Coilskar Sirens in Shadowmoon.

However, it was an equivalent for the Agility Meta-gem which used to also increase crit damage for spells. They later changed it to only increase physical crits, and introduced this new metagem for spellcasters.
Is it drop-enabled in Phase 1, or do we have to wait until Phase 4? I can’t seem to loot it, even though I’m on my Jewelcraft character. Do I need to be max level? I’m 365/375 at the moment, would very much like not to have to farm those 10 last points on less useful metagems.
