Is everyone a bot in MoP?

man… my friends and i were really looking forward to playing MoP for the first time and WoW in general again.
but boy has the community changed. outside of guild/friend interaction -
it seems like everyone is a bot… there is absolutely zero social interaction, everyone is rushing thru everything. dungeons are even worse in that regard…
min/maxing the fun out of the game in order to treat it like a chore.
what happened?
might aswell be a single player game tbh… well no, in a single player game people actually take their time to enjoy what they are doing.
gameplay would be fun… but everything else feels so empty and shallow… ugh

Pretty much 90% druyds are bots.

Multiplayer game =/= game about social interactions. Multiplayer just means there are multiple players. If you want social interactions, consider Among Us or Real Life

well, seems like times have changed for the worse… social interactions or at least enjoying the game for what it is instead of rushing thru was one of the biggest elements of MMOs.
but yeah, same thing happened on anniversary realms. the real WoW is dead… hard to accept sometimes apparently

You don’t have to interact with other players for less important content.

I mean if im doing hc dungeon farm or doing daily quest there is no reason to interact :grinning: you have raids for that and it was like that for me ever since i first started playing wow. i don’t care about random people runing around the world im social on discord when im raiding.
i think that is enough
Do you need to talk to people all the time ?

From what I’ve observed in generally considered bot heavy zones and dungeon entrances there actually seems to be much less bots in MoP compared to other versions.

No. People are just unsociable like this now. In society.

It is the case that the game itself is less a playground to meet new people and more a place to enjoy with your existing friend group with which you’re already socially active.

This isn’t all bad, it’s just different. I met a ton of new people through WoW Classic anyway by doing achievements, but I spend most of my time playing it on call with some old friends and I’m not that interested in striking up conversations with everyone I run into.
