Can’t seem to be able to do anything in BG’s. I might just be the most terrible feral but i just can’t stay alive. When i pop in a fight, i’m getting insta target by caster + cac and i disappear in 4sec. Maybe 8 if i manage to use my def cd’s and turn into bear form.
Am i the only one ?
Just have to practice and keep trying different approaches.
Have a healer babysit you or perma ninja cap.
Feral rn feels kinda paper.
you basically cant do much in those ooga boonga fights in BGs. Feral IMO is best played for objectives or small skirmishes
even in a fight with the 2 healers i’m getting rekt that’s crazy, can’t even focus on damage
Feral is the example of a fairly designed spec in an unfair game.
Or outdated design, depending on how you see it.
It has weaknesses and strengths that you should play around. Unlike a lot of other specs these days that have it all.
Also I’m not thinking in terms of “counters” but more in terms of overall usefulness.
For example, a warrior plays the same regardless of how many are around you.
Feral dies or sits bear, at which point you’re a burden to the team and your healers.
feral is one of the best for Battlegrounds
anti cap flags and ninja cap
leave the “mid” fight to the range classes
Feral is the best class for arenas, world Pvp and battleground with flags.
If you join a zerg fest then thats your problem.
If i play ret i stay away from the zerg fest untill i’m sure Theres a healer in my side that will keep me alive.

Feral always in this game was good, for today is even better. One of the best. But hard class to play btw.
