Today I did 29k glacial in arena when I tried frost for giggles. And I have no clue why and how tbh.
Lol they ‘unnerfed’ glacial this reset. It was still nerfed after bfa’s glacial build. They also unnerfed ray of frost, which I believe can be 100% shattered with a bf proc. Ebonbolt flurry IL Ray IL IL

I couldn’t replicate 29k hit but I could easily get 22-23k hits 
Watching Venruki painfully trying to cast nothing, but GS over the last 30 seconds with all that interrupts, stuns, incaps, los etc, just to get it grounded at last millisecond… nah, pass

frost is not bad, glacial is still kinda meh.
I pulled off 77k against an EFC in an RBG, doubt that’d ever work again rofl

How you cast frosbolt five times in arena?

I think best way is to play with a 3s comp where you play with another DPS like ele/destro/s where they have to be trained or they annihilate enemy team. So it should be, if the enemy team are training you, your partner should do insane damage to them.
Partner should also stun into your glacials/souped up frostbolts
