“Working as intended” ?
It’s supposed to give you a mount, that you do not already have. So it should not be able to, no.
If you already have everything it WILL give you duplicates.
For this reason I chose pets because I can stick them on the AH.
Right, this was assuming that you currently still do not have everything.
Im just glad to be done with the thing. Still have like 16k spare flakes past Legend while having all pets/mounts and the majority of transmogs.

I got the gryphon although I already had it. Soulbound so couldn’t share and can’t sell to vendor. Had to delete.
I don’t have some of the others so something’s wrong.
It wasn’t the Gift instead, that you can give to horde players?
No, I had the chance to give to a horde player last time I got a duplicate, but no pop-up appeared this time.
You shouldn’t be getting duplicates as long as you have other mounts still to collect.
There was a related bug only recently fixed though, but if it’s still happening from this reset, please let us know!

I had that with my second gryphon, the ones after were Gifts. Odd stuff.
I’m not sure if it was yesterday or today (old person brain) but will report it as a bug if it happens again.
