When you say: “giving you the one that you want” you imply they set up a system and know what is bis for each class spec and lowered chances to get it?
Because i do see my DH’s getting mastery%% by alot, not my Hpriest tho lol
Totally spec based; I would say %/proc stats are best for many classes in pve and second best in pvp but its entirely spec dependent. For example a mage with rank 3 12% mastery will do insane damage compared to a TD rank 3. Testing on my rogues I would say I do more damage stacking crit %/proc and vers %/proc than I do with a rank 3 TD (although this char only has a r2 TD but even so).
Try finding it on the item restoration thingy?
Just got today a gushing wound (465) from vision.
Currently have 2 r3 TD + 1 r2TD on 470+ armor pieces. Kinda joke tbh.

2% chance is just 2% chance, it means you have a 98% chance of getting something you don’t want.
I’ve NEVER seen it, and I’ve gotten a ton of Corruptions.

AAAAND if you add the dreams of getting the corruption in specific secondary stats items you end up in 99.9% change on getting something you dont want xDD

Had about 6-7 infinite stars on each of 2 characters and none on the 3rd. Naturally it’s the pure-dps alt that doesn’t have one, the healers are loaded with damage corruptions.
Boes account for 2 slots for most people, 3 if you can use an offhand or shield. Not 7 slots.

Also imagine if we were able to actually buy corruption scrolls and apply them to our gear
Considering what I’m seeing, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s something like “seeds” in players that push them towards certain RNG. I am being a conspiracy theorist here, but some corruptions that are very common for some are very rare for others. There’s people in full gushing wound gear, and people like me, who have never even seen this corruption.

One of my guildies is a Demon Hunter, and the last thing he wants is mastery, he has nearly always got mastery corruption or items with high mastery on them from the weekly chest. I haven’t met anyone as cursed as he is.
He runs the lowest corruption in our raid team because he simply couldn’t get anything useful. Mostly just mastery, leech, or the versa one when you are low health.
You might call a “tin foil hat” on me here, but im starting to think that is not a simple coincidence.

Who knows.
Considering i’m a tank and i never seen a td rank 2 or more and my caster friends keep getting avoidance or leech, everything is possible, including the worst drop rng system ever.

For example my priest main has like 6x 18% TD and an insane amount of avoidance. Now leech is useful for healers too so i dont have so much of it but i would not use that thing anyways xD
Im with you 100% but tell this to the forum whiners about WF/TF cuz it was bad rng.
While now you have probably the 1/10 of a chance to proc a corruption, on top of it you have an other RNG on what type of corruption you proc and on top of that you have another RNG on what Tier will this corruption be.
WF/TF WAS GREAT.

Only ever seen it once. Since then I’ve lost count of TD, IS and a had a few TA’s.
In fact this toon has all 3 of varying corruption levels.
Both are crap…
