If I understood it right from the announcement, ppl who want their own instanced housing on their own will be able have it with their own neighbourhood and the people who want social neighbourhood will have that as well. But I wont get my fishing shack on the sea in any case, if the neighbourhood will be landlocked somewhere meh.
Its my house, I can ride my horse inside if I want to XD
The Horde one could be next to the sea.
Iâm sure youâll have takers.
I hope to gods it will be, I cant stand to be landlocked somewhere.
Wow seems like itâs gonna be a very long term evolving game, and housing is evergreen. So I think over time they might offer us new locations, etc. if the feature is received very well
we are all excited for it,
but my experience with Blizzard, theres a catch. theres always a catch
- it wouldnt surprise me if there is like a 24hour cooldown to teleport to your home
hopefully we get to test it before it goes live, id love to be involved in the beta
We can only dream dude, I hope the shack can be on the sea or atleast near enough some pond which we could fish from the hut.
For me the dream is Eversong Woods.
Epic edition Midnight.
I canât make sense of what youâre trying to say here, sorry. Iâm probably just stupid.
Where have you seen this mentioned by a Dev? Itâs a new evergreen system that will be around for the rest of the games life.
We already know for a fact the house will have zero player power.
It might contain functions that a toy can provide but that isnt confirmed.
I hope theres games that you can play solo or with guest. Hearthstone type card game would be nice, maybe they can even sneak it in the game with this.
I think itâs going to be boring and pointless.
It may as well just not exist if it doesnât contribute to player power, but at the same time i am glad it doesnât contribute. Iâm just going to walk in to it once, say meh then leave forever.
I feel exactly the same way about PvP, but I donât feel the need to take a dump on what people enjoy.
PVP is content. I dislike PVP also but its something that has a purpose, something you can play and improve at. It has gearing. Itâs a one of the games content pillars.
For player housing just go in to Dornogal Inn right now and pretend itâs full of flowers or jump on the railings to pretend they are jump puzzles.
Outside of RP itâs literally pointless
Youâre argumant could be made against The Sims or minecraft too. People enjoy diferent things, is expanding available content a bad thing in your eyes?
Housing will be its biggest feature in the game and will attract a lot of players from other games just to build stuff.
