a player kicked me out of mythic HC right before archi mythic, so i wont get the mount.
what does the game rules say about this act ? is that allowed ?

It is 100% legal. A person can kick you for any reason at any time. If you want to avoid such action form your own group or run with friends instead of PUGs. People are jerks. Has happened to all of us.

you can kick whenever you want and wherever you want, there are no rules against it at all.
It’s the leader’s perogative to kick, it’s a douche move but not against any rules.
Yes it’s all legal I’m afraid, similar thing happened to me recently and it doesn’t matter at all what reason that person has for kicking you at all. Blizzard are more than happy to continue allowing people to be horrible to other people because they don’t want to devote staff to suddenly have to look into the no doubt countless cases of this thing happening.

Afraid the others are right. Most people in WoW are decent but there is a small minority who will dishonour themselves the moment they think they can get away with it.
My advice would be to look out for any telltale signs that someone cannot be trusted (general suspicious behaviour, stupidly named characters, etc.).
Also forming the groups yourself gives you the power to control this sort of thing.

If you can dont join HFC with more than 2-4 peeps. Depending on if you can kill gorefiend or not. If anyone but you has the skip to upper or manni then 2. If you have all the skips you can simply solo the place aside from Trash assault.
Because as stated kicking is allowed and doesnt fall (whyever) into the category of grieving in this specific scenario.
This is allowed and is a consequence of cross-realm groups. There simply isn’t any risk to speak for the persons to meet each other again. Thus they are basically anonymous (not just not knowing the real name, but knowing they will not be teamed up again (very low probability)).
People act as jerks if they know they wont see the victim again. That is how many person behave and really shows a lot about their personality.
Incidentally, this is one of the good things about classic: No cross-realm groupings. If you misbehave to much, you will not be invited to groups (people remember you). Your solution is a name change (costly) or server transfer (costly). Better learn to behave from the start.
