Ever since I bought TWW and arrived at Dalaran where you haD to fight those Nerubians, my (fire mage) damage has been very low. For the sake of it I counted and I have to hurl 9-12 PYROBLASTS to kill a simple NPC. Which is an absolute SLOGFEST. Is this normal? Yeah, combustion etc but I shouldn’t even need that for a simple trash mob… I have to use everything I have to kill something in what feels like a normal acceptable time frame. I also don’t use fireball anymore because it feels like I’m throwing sand crumbs. I use pyroblast which, after you have done your little show and done your tricks is just slow af casting and having to do another 5-6 pyros so I can kill this trash mob that is now at 50% hp lmao. Wth is this?
I mean, I’m a mage, no? Glass canon? Easy to kill but hits 10 times as hard?
I was in a cave somewhere in TWW and this Warrior comes along so I decided to watch his dnmg. His damage was just as bad judging by the mobs health ticking away but he was much quicker…
Somewhere at level 30 I remember doing a fun combo of fireball, fireblast and then getting a hotstreak and then just fireball, pyroblasting my way through armies of mobs which was so fun. But what is this???
Does Blizzard really think this will retain my interest? Having to fight for my life on a trash mob like I’m killing a boss? I can’t even kill a single mob without losing 80% of my hp LMAOO
You don’t need raids. You just need equipment fit for your level. Go to Dragonflight zone and do WQs that drop 400+ ilvl equipment. Do Dreamsurge event for 450+ equipment. Even better, do Follower Dungeons.
TWW starts by rewarding you 408 equipment. If you already have that, you are set for all your campaign journy.
But judging from your reaction to the suggestion of the other posters, I also don’t want you to do raids with people. Not only that, I don’t even want you to do them without people period. You don’t deserve to see the inside of raids.
I don’t want to do them because of the toxicity. I also never done any raid ever. I also just don’t want to do them. Ever. I don’t like having to do things in a game that I don’t want to do so that I can do things that I do want to do. That will just make me cancel my subscription. Like it did 12 years ago.
